Product Overview

Aluminium Wall Panel External Corner Trim is an architectural aluminum profile designed for clean and durable finishing at external 90° corners of wall panel systems.

Manufactured from 6063-T5 aluminum alloy, the profile covers and protects exposed panel edges where two wall surfaces meet, creating a straight, consistent corner line. It is suitable for PVC, WPC, SPC, fluted, wood and other decorative wall panel systems.

An external corner is one of the most visible and exposed areas of a wall panel installation. A properly designed aluminum corner profile helps control panel alignment, protect vulnerable edges and provide a professional transition between two wall surfaces.

The profile can be produced in different dimensions and configurations to match the actual panel thickness and installation structure. It can also be coordinated with aluminum edge trims, internal corner profiles, H joining profiles and end trims for a complete wall panel finishing system.

Specifications

The external corner trim is available in L, V, U and customized profile structures, depending on the panel construction and required corner detail.

Common panel-fitting sizes include 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm and 15 mm, with customized dimensions available for special wall panel systems.

Standard profile lengths are typically 2.5 m or 2.7 m, while customized lengths can be produced according to project requirements, packaging specifications and transportation conditions.
